INSPECTION & DIGITAL IMAGING: deployment of rapidly deployable, state-of-the-art ROVs with advanced navigation, DP capabilities, 3D stereo imaging systems and mechanical cleaning systems for Offshore Platforms and other Offshore Oil and Gas installations and Offshore Wind Farms. PORT SERVICES
Underwater visual, video and photo inspection of ports and industries that validates integrity and corrosion condition, and non-destructive testing, including cathodic protection measurements, ultrasonic metal wall thickness measurements, wood and cement integrity testing, environmental monitoring, sampling and analysis of microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC).
- INFRASTRUCTURE: Inspections of quay walls, sheet piling, mooring posts, bridge pillars, dry docks and other structures.
- WATERWORKS: Inspections of locks, dikes, flood defences, pumping stations, culverts, treatment plants and other water management installations.
- NDT: Non-Destructive Testing such as metal wall thickness measurements, CP anode testing, cement and wood integrity testing.
- SURVEY: Surveying and bathymetric mapping of the bottom of ports
TANK INSPECTION
UNDERWATER ASSET INTEGRITY INSPECTION FOR INDUSTRY: use of custom-designed and built ROVs for detailed and specialist visual inspections and NDT testing of water tanks. No need to empty the tanks for inspection: no interruption of the production of the installations.
Inspection tasks include detailed visual inspection of corrosion and other integrity problems (damage) in general, welds, coating condition, feed and suction pipelines, wells, valves, sensors and gauges, soil condition, sediment and debris.
Also Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion (MIC) sampling and analysis. NDT inspection such as ultrasonic examination (UT) of wall thickness and Cathodic Protection (CP) anode testing.
