DroneQ has its roots in Offshore, civil underwater and surface construction and emergency- and calamity response and for over 20 years and has carried out inspections of oil- and gas extraction installations, pipelines, cables and surface and other subsea installations with UAVs and ROVs (Underwater robots). DroneQ has gained world-wide knowledge and experience in destructive and non-destructive inspections, commitment and reporting at all levels, from senior management to technical stakeholders. Droneq applies this experience and knowledge with its DroneQ RPAS services, Remotely Operated Aircraft System.

The DroneQ fleet consists of a combination of rapid-reaction drones with optical and thermal cameras, enterprise drones specially developed for high-quality film and photo reports and industrial drones that can be used in virtually any type of weather. Flying and equipped with its own independent GPS system (RTK) for navigation with an accuracy of 1 cm and immune to interference from electromagnetic fields. These drones can be equiped with high-resolution optical and thermal cameras, cartography systems and specific agriculture applications.

DroneQ is fully DJI UTC Inspection certified. All DroneQ pilots have attended the international UTC Inspection training, have passed the exam and are certified for the professional and safe inspection of industrial objects and the execution of Aerial Mapping, including 3D mapping of areas and objects. UTC Inspection has a focus on observation of buildings and constructions, electrical distribution, gas and oil pipelines, forestry, cartography and nature conservation. With the UTC Inspection certification, the quality of pilots and customer data can be guaranteed by the high quality level required for the UTC Inspection certification!

Video inspection at 4 and 5K high-resolution where the images are provided with encrypted timestamps to ensure the integrity of the capture, which ensures certainty about which photo or video was created where and at what time. The video inspection is accompanied by a high-quality report as agreed in the scope of the inspection.

Application areas include telecom installations such as towers, construction structures, offshore installations, wind turbines and high-voltage towers and cables, construction works such as bridges and buildings.

Visual inspection of objects where it is very difficult to get close-by can be done in a fast and safe way by deploying a professional enterprise class drone. Rapid intervention drones can be in the air 2 mintues after arriving at the spot and start delivering valuable information.

In case of anomalies, additional high resolution film and/or photo recordings can be made. This is also useful in the aerial mapping of areas (aerial cartography) and supporting flora and fauna management.

Thermal inspections with high resolution cameras are used, among other things, to detect damage and fractures in cables and pipes by measuring temperature variations that are not visible to the naked eye, heat leakage on roofs and other constructions, safety valves and facilities like solar panels.

It is also used to support emergency services such as fire Department for detecting hot-spots and Search & Rescue support in searching for people in the dark or in difficult accessible locations.

High-resolution 2D and 3D Mapping (cartography), volume and altitude measurements, stockpile measurements and 4K and 5K film and/or photo recordings of objects such as building sites, landscapes, industrial and building constructions, buildings.

This includes the use of very precise protioning by using Real Time Kinematics (RTK) and GPS Time Stamping, which ensures certainty as to which photo or video is made where and at what time, which facilitates the use for critical inspections or as evidence.
